The selection becomes tougher when we have to differentiate between any two’s tastes. Maybe, some of us will want fruits, while others will like vegetables.

Lentils are known to have potassium and magnesium and can be eaten in raw form or after proper and thorough cooking.
- In the past, people used to ignore oatmeal because they were unaware of its health benefits. The trend has now changed. So many adults and children can be found enjoying this healthy food. Oats are a rich source of carbohydrates and fibers. They can help in digestion and keeps the level of blood glucose maintained. Besides, oatmeal contains potassium and folate.
- Broccoli has a good amount of folate, phytonutrients, potassium, fiber, and calcium. Phytonutrients are compounds that help reduce the risks of diabetes, cancer, and heart attack. In addition, broccoli has antioxidants like beta-carotene and vitamin C. One cup serving of this item can keep you active and healthy.

When you select something to eat, you have to ensure that it comes from natural sources and is not man-made. What I mean to say is that most man-made items like sweets and junk foods are not good for human health. So your preference should be natural foods and food sources. You can try apples, kale, blueberries, avocados, leafy green veggies, sweet potatoes, fish, and chicken in addition to the above-mentioned eatables.
